Visit beckyscarpetsucks. com Becky's Carpet and Tile is a complete scam. I worked there for almost a year and was fired for giving back a $50 deposit a customer left on some junky defective hardwood. I knew it was against policy, but I felt it was the right thing to do. All of the products are cheap and defective, thats why they get so many complaints. When a customer does call and complain they tell them ""you should not have bought cheap carpet"", they really don't care. I found out that the sales people are not empowered to do anything beneficial for the customer. advertised ""inventory blowout"" sale price is the same price all year long. Be smart, don't buy from Becky's and don't leave a deposit unless you are sure you want that junk in your house. beckyscarpetsucks. com
