Review content:
Dreadful experience - the OWNER of this ""business"", Michelle, lied to myself (I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day), my mother, and F.T.D. several times to cover her own mistake of not being able to handle the Mother's Day rush and delivery deadline. She claimed to have attempted delivery twice and to have left several voicemails, non of which were true. Finally, my mother got a hold of her and was told delivery could be made the next day, TWO days after Mother's Day. So, naturally, my mom wondered if the flowers would be fresh and Michelle, the owner, told her ""I'm not going to deliver them now because you (my mother) don't deserve them and whoever ordered them should have done so earlier"".
Pros: non
Cons: Delivery not met, owner lied several times to cover this up, owner yelled at my mother on Mother's day..
