I obtained a loan from this company in 2006. At the time it was my only option since I had horrible credit. I pay 433 a month for my vehicle. Whenever I have called to ask for a deferrment because I knew that I would be late, I was told that I had to let the account go past due. Even if the account had gone past due, I would get told that I could still not get a deferrment and that I just better try to make a payment. I have called several times and spoken to representatives who have no business answering telephones. Very unprofessional and incompetent. I have gotten approved from my credit union to refinance my vehicle at a much lower payment and interest rate. I thank god that I will not have to deal with this company again and would not refer my worst enemy to this company.
