I totally agree!! I worked there for almost 2 years and every single thing you said is absolutely true. You don't even know half of it though. The food and salsa was AWESOME! when Jesse or Big Mike was there cooking, however after that everything went down hill. The food was poorly seasoned we would'nt have food to even open most days I would have to go get meat to cook, just to open daily on my way to work. The salsa is only to be out for an hour and once served its to be dumped out but instead it would sit in the kitchen out for several hours until someone had time to do the dishes and then we were ordered by the owner to just dump one salsa into the other to fill the container and put it back in the cooler like it was fresh. Bugs (fruit flies) were all over the kitchen and in the food all the time especially the salsa. We at one time had leaks in the kitchen ceiling and the rain water was leaking in all the food and we were told not to say anything and still serve it. Depending on who did the dishes they were greasy alot. Most of the time we never even got paid our wages. Nancy the owner would take the money out of the till as soon as it came in and spend it , So at the end of the night when it came to paying us employees most of us would get screwed because there wouldn't be enough money to pay us. I went 3months without being payed because Nancy was hundreds of dollars behind in pay outs with every employee. Once in awhile if she wanted to catch up a little Nancy would write us checks and take taxes out even tough we were paid cash and when we'd try to cash the checks they would bounce. It was crazy working there. I remember one time Nancy got a boyfriend from the Outlaws Biker Club next door to the place, when they first opened. He used her for anything and everything he could get. I tried to warn her, however he had her rapped around his finger. Well one day I showed up to work and she actually asked me if after i got out of work if I would go over to her house and take a picture of them two naked on his bike. ( I Swear on everything that means anything to me, that every word of this is absolutely true.) What I hated the most was the way Nancy would try to turn the employees against each other. Especially the waitresses she would give one a key to the till and then go tell the other one( Hey Heata go keep an eye on the other waitress she has been stealing). She used to tell me that all the time and I believed her. Then one day we all got together talking and it came out that she was doing the same thing to all of us against the opposite employee or she would make up mean things and tell us that the one said it about the other. IT WAS JUST CRAZY CRAZY WORKING THERE!
