Review content:
I tried this place a couple years ago for take out sushi and was pretty unimpressed with the small portions and mediocre rice as well as the rolls not holding together very well. I hadn't been back since but thought they deserved a second chance since it's just a couple minutes from my office. Today was even more unimpressive and I will not be going back. To start with, both the rolls I ordered were apparently from an old menu so when I got there my food wasn't even started. Next I'm handed the new menu which has considerable price increases across the board but I figured ""Hey, I'm here"". So I ordered the closest thing I could find to what I had originally ordered and took a seat. After about 15 minutes I was handed my order and I headed out the door. I really wish I had checked the container before leaving. When I got back to work I found both the rolls I ordered piled on top of each other and the sauces from each has gotten all over both as well as a few pieces had fallen apart completely. I was really unhappy that the $20 takeout I ordered contained very skinny rolls that together didn't fill half of a take out foam container. On to the taste...just a small step above supermarket sushi (in fact not as good as some supermarkets). The rice was a bit dry and chewy (probably why the rolls fall apart) and the amount of fish and vegetables in each bite is barely enough to taste them.
Pros: Can't think of any besides it being close to my office
Cons: Price, quality, presentation....what more is there?
