Review content:
I had given up on Yoga when I wandered into Liberation Yoga a year ago. A handful of cold and unfriendly experiences at ""McYoga"" studios elsewhere had left a very bad taste in my mouth. But the moment I walked into Christine Burke and Gary McCleery's Urban Oasis, I knew I was home. The asana rooms are spacious and immaculate, the Garden Studio is amazing! Vines grow up the walls and it is absolutely awesome to practice yoga outside! One of the best things about the studio is the VARIETY of Yoga styles offered; there is truly a class for everyone- Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Anusara, Qi Gong, Family Yoga, Gentle, Pre/Post-natal.. and classes are specifically named Level 1, 2, or 3 so you don't accidentally wander into an Advanced Class! There is a great little General Store in the front that always has the hippest yoga clothes, mats, props, mat bags.. as well as books, CDs, DVDs, beauty products, jewelry.. I could basically stay and shop all day. The very best thing about Liberation Yoga is Christine Burke's classes. She teaches with such love and grace, style and panache! The classes are always challenging and insightful. Your first class is free, so go! And you will know what I mean.
Pros: Spacious Studios, Great Teachers, Super Affordable
Cons: NONE!!
