Review content:
This studio isn't just about ""taking yoga"", it's about living your life with more grace and peace. The variety of classes will appeal to any level or style of yoga, from restorative, to beginner, to level 3 advanced... ashtanga, iyengar, hatha or a mix of various methods. The owners, Christine and Gary, go out of their way to welcome new students, they encourage yogis to interact with each other and become a ""community"". This is the only studio I've ever been to, where, upon entering a class that's full and already started, students, teachers, and often Christine or Gary will happily greet a new yogi and move some mats to make room. No need to feel intimidated here, you will be embraced.
Pros: Garden Studio, Candlelight Yoga, Warm and Welcoming
Cons: NONE!
