""Liberation Yoga is a great place to do yoga. Christine is a fantastic teacher."" As written by my 8 year old! My daughters have been taking yoga from Christine for three years, and they absolutely adore her (as do I!). Christine is wonderful with children. She creates a playful and inspirational environment for them to develop strength, balance and flexibility while learning about the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga. She is fun, creative, gentle and intelligent in her approach to teaching the kids class. I couldn't have imagined a better teacher to introduce my daughters to yoga.
