As a mother of an 8 yr old and a 4 yr old, finding healthy, safe, and educational family experiences we can all enjoy is always a challenge. Liberation yoga not only met that challenge, but took it to a whole 'nother level! Their family yoga classes on Sundays are THE BEST! Wether you're an old pro, or a beginner, the class is fun, challenging, and leaves you feeling fantastic. My son swears he grows an inch after each class! I recommend this studio strongly, for their friendly, helpful staff, great class options, and wonderful studios. It's also a great way to meet others that share your interests, no matter what background. Overall, a wonderful place in such a big city!
Pros: Double thumbs up for staff, price, class options, and studio design
Cons: Not close enough to my house!
