over the last couple of years, liberation yoga has only gotten better -- which is amazing, since it was great from the moment christine and gary took it over! liberation is more than just a yoga studio -- it's a warm, loving, welcoming community. the teachers are all exceptional and have their own individual styles -- but somehow, they mesh perfectly. maybe it's because they all live and belive what they're doing -- and aren't practicing or teaching yoga because it's the ""in"" or ""trendy"" thing to do. if you're looking for a spiritual practice -- you'll get it. if you're looking for a great work-out practice -- you'll get it. somehow, liberation manages to include it all. i can't imagine my life without liberation! (and did i mention the great parties? whoo hoo!)
Pros: great teachers, great atmosphere, friendly, welcoming, great facilities, comfortable atmospher
