Liberation Yoga is my second home. I absolutely ADORE this place. This is what yoga should be---no competition, pretentiousness, and all about relaxation and wellness. The teachers are intensely caring and the owners are the most amazing individuals. I feel like a whole new person when I leave a class here. The best class is on Sunday nights with the co-owner Christine. It is in the garden---the garden is incredible by the way---and is a spiritual experience. If you're the kind of person who likes to leave your ""workout"" at the gym and really invigorate your mind, body and spirit---don't waste your time on any other studio in L.A. This is the real thing.
