Review content:
Liberation Yoga is an absolute treasure! It's got such a welcoming vibe and comfy, serene atmosphere... It's always a pleasure to hang out before or after class. The owners Christine and Gary (who always seem to be there) are so hospitable, and genuine--I'm amazed at the way they remember everyones name! The instructors are spectacular-- all very knowledeable and approachable with diverse teaching styles. In addition to their regular schedule- Liberation also hosts awesome life coaching, breathing and feng shui workshops. You can check out what's coming up on their website. Great location...easy parking most of the time (read posted signs 4-7pm can be a little challenging)
