Review content:
Coming to Los Angeles, knowing no-one, at a time of a lot of changes in my life, Liberation provided much more than just a place to ""learn yoga"". Christine and Gary are incredibly welcoming, friendly, genuine and knowledgeable - and conscientious with the way they run Liberation. If you want to go to a yoga place that is about posing and having a physical work out which doesn't engage one's higher consciousness then don't go to Liberation. The first few times I went there I went out knowing that I was being made aware of things that were going to change the rest of my life. Since that first burst of practicing yoga a lot over four or five months....my life has changed. And when I am back in town...I always pop in to say hi and have a gossip over a cup of tea with Christine or Allison. Which reminds me I should really start doing some yoga again....Liberation showed me how yoga can transform your life and also is a great little community of friendly and various souls which can be a nice thing to find when you are new to Los Angeles.
