We purchased a Caliber Home and it was a terrible experience. We haven't found one person who has had a positive experience. There Sub contractors have liens on our homes. They will say anything to your face just to get you off their backs once they have your money. I talked to Sub contractors for them and I haven't found one who has something nice to say. DON'T EVER BUY A HOME FROM THEM. STAY AWAY! WE have had numerous problems with our house...the quality is just not there. Their website should read 'step down to a lower caliber'.
Cons: If you can think it...you've got it.
