Horrible and Humiliating! I needed an appraisal on my wedding rings. We brought in all the original sales recipets and diamond certificates. They told me that my rings were filthy in an appalled disgusted tone. Then proceeded to tell me that my wedding rings, my most senitmental posessions were garbage with huge flaws and imperfections. They wouldn't even appraise them for half of what we paid for them. It wasn't even so much what they were telling me, its was HOW they were saying it. So rude, no compassion, seems they only want to serve the wealthy. Give your business to a company who has some class.
