I contracted with this co, to have a propane tank set and filled on 09-17-08 , I told them that there was no hurry ,just do it before cold weather set in. Now it is 10-04-08 and my propane tank is still not installed, which has caused a problem! I was told that they were very busy and could not get around to installing the tank for several more weeks as they had other commintments, Needless to say i am a unhappy customer, Let me work my way up the chain of command and find out what the problem is? If they would like to contact me feel free to do so 417-459-9417. Or another plan so i can have propane,
Pros: I have done business with M.F.A. propane for many years never a problem untill now!
Cons: Must be a lack of communicating in the office .
