This is the best pet store my family have ever been in. There is never a dirty cage or any odor. All there pets are very happy and always playful. I check them out with the Il. dept of ag. and this store hasn't had a bad mark in 28 years. I recommend you see for yourself, and not trust what their competors write bad about them. Their fish all always great too, and they give a two week guarantee. check them out, you will like what you see ! They alsio have a AAA RATING with the better business bureau .
