Great service! I've been a loyal customer since 2007, so I practically feel like Anna nd Steve are friends of mine! I've brought many different items in for dry cleaning (i.e. trenchcoats, sweaters, dress shirts, my daughters high school prom dress) and the work done was always excellent. I have had many things altered too, from hemming on jeans and slacks to zippers on jackets and pants, and I've never had a problem, which is why the reviews on this page anger me. I believe a lot of people have problems with the length of their hemming because they're too lazy to try on their pants in the store for measurements, and they think they can just tell by looking and guessing. Regardless, Newtown has always done great work and I don't plan on changing cleaners for a while!
