Review content:
Rent is not much less than apartments in Edgewater.
Tenant has to pay for EVERYTHING including heat, hot water. which will cost extra $200 easily.
Pets are not allowed.
No pool, no gym, no doorman.
Washer/Dryer-in-one in unit is almost useless since it's too small to put anything except underwear and socks.
Some of the kitchens have design flaws (drawers that cannot be pulled out because the oven handle is on its way)
Very cold apartment. (probably not well insulated)
I will move out as soon as the contract is over.
Superintendent is living in the building and nice though.
