Brandon and Danny from Holtzman Home Improvement were very professional. They were cordial, on time, and were right on the money with the estimate.
The house I had them work on had not been lived in for over a year. It was in rough shape. They did the the plumbing, electric work, sheet rock, roofing, painting, tile work, drywall, and stucco in one part of the house or another. As we went along, they were very responsive to changes I had, and also came up with great ideas for changes themselves. It all went along smoothly, and I was very pleased with all the changes they suggested.
My only complaint is about the paint job. It was not 100. They used good quality materials, but the workmanship was not up to par.
With the exception of the painting quality, we felt that we got our money's worth with the bid they gave us. We were very pleased.
