Used to love this Yard House. I've been dissatisfied twice in the past month so I'm crossing this restaurant off my list. I was ther last weekend and a bug was crawling in me and then on the table. It appeared to be a roach. I asked the manager to clean off te table after I'd smashed it with my napkin. He did so, but wasn't very apologetic. We had a birder and the truffle Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was dry and it's usually my daughters favorite. The burger was requested at medium well and instead it was barely above rare. It also wasn't even very warm. The server was slow and not very bright. They brought me the wrong dressing for my salad and it took them 10 minutes to get me another napkin after I had asked...disappointed!
