Review content:
A few months after buying my first car it wouldn't start. It was my worst nightmare - just moved to california and I as forced to make a fast decision about a mechanic! My dad had always taken car of my car back home (shocker). I did a business search in google maps and found a few reviews about Washington Automotive and a link to Bekah's car chick website. I was sold. I called her, she arranged towing and fixed the starter and I've gone to her ever since. Bekah and Jerry are fast, efficient, honest and trustworthy. She explains her services and is sure to double check that you want to pay before beginning work. I have never had to wait long for a service. My front track bar recently split and Jerry had it done in less than two hours. I had gone to brunch thinking it would be longer - Bekah was happy to leave the car and have me pick it up later. Its been three years and I've always taken my car for brake jobs, tires, oil changes and anything else that might need repairing. Bekah and Jerry made my first auto shop patron experience as a 20-something a fantastic one. I can only hope that moving back East I'll be able to find two people with the same kind of service.
