Review content:
Went for Mother's Day, had been before on Mother's Day, and it was good, so we made a reservation for the family for 24 people back in March. When we got to the restaurant, they had messed up out reservation (despite them calling us to confirm it 2 days ago) and didn't offer so much as an apology. They charged me for a glass of orange juice for my 5 year old daughter while we were waiting. Finally got seated 45 minutes late. As they were serving the appetizers, the busboy poured hot oil from a tray of baked clams onto my mother and mother in law. Again, not a peep from the manager or owner. Fortunately, they weren't badly burned, but their dresses were ruined. After being in the restaurant for nearly 2 1/2 hours, we still hadn't received out entrees. We asked the waitress to cancel the rest of the order, and give us the check for the appetizers. Then the owner came over, arrogantly told us that he had 120 people in the restaurant and our order would take time, then came back with the kitchen slip to say that the waitress put our order in ""only an hour ago"", as if it were our fault, and how dare we expect our food after an hour.
