since moving here from NY, i've been to this place half a dozen times already. years ago my asian friend took me to the best ramen spot i've ever had. since then i've been on the constant search for something close... even though this place isn't exact as good as my all time favorite spot in NY (called MINCA) its pretty darn good. i like the koi ramen with corn and gyoza starter and a side of rice to share with my wife... the noodles are nice and al dente too and the broth is rich and slightly buttery... yumm.... solid selection of ramen all across the board... good job guys!
