I tried Blue a few years ago, didn't have a positive experience and started going to another medical spa on the Westside that I have been extremely happy with. Last week, I decided to give Blue another chance since it had been years and they are closer to where I live. Well, I had a facial there today and was extremely unhappy with my experience. My esthetician seemed unknowledgable and unskilled. She sprayed H20 in my eyes so that the rest of the day as well as the next day, my eyes were burning, puffy, red and irritated to the point that I had to cancel my plans both days. To top it off, there were absolutely no results from my facial! I have received better facials for $50 than the $150 they charged! When I called later to speak to a manager and tell her of my unhappiness with my visit, she was very rude and could care less about helping me. In fact, she said ""what are you trying to achieve. getting your money back?"" Money is definetely not an issue for me. I was a manager myself and she was so rude and unhelpful, I realized immediately why this spa has so many bad reviews and why I stopped going in the first place. The next day, I asked for info on what they sprayed into my eyes to give to my eye dr. and they completely ignored my request. I can tell you this, I will NEVER return to Blue. There are SO many top-notch places here in LA, that there is no reason to come to a place that customer service and results are not #1. Blue, please don't bother to post a response that I should call the salon and give you another chance. I already did that and you didn't care about making it better. I gave you a second chance and it wasn't any better the second time around.

Cons: inexperienced staff, unprofessional manager, doesn't live up to their claims of results
