excellent and friendly staff especially front desk and the nurses. extremely helpful and informative. the nurse really listened to me when i came in clueless about laser hair removal, she took her time and explained everything to me before i had decided on doing the procedure. after speaking with the nurse, i felt very comfortable and well informed so i decided to do the laser hair removal on my bikini area. The nurse was highly experienced and knew exactly what she was doing, very sweet and attentive to my needs. After about 6 visits i was EXTREMELY happy with my results. i am hair free, ingrown hair free and best of all no irritation. The spa also has awesome deals for laser hair removal. i highly recommend going to this spa, my experience was superb!!!!
Pros: Great staff, especially front desk.
Cons: The parking guy.
