Review content:
My first visit to Blue was great, but on my second treatment I was burned really badly.
I called the manger, who of course didn't answer my call, and left a message explaining I had been burned, wound up in the ER as blisters started to form (keep in mind I had a brazilian bikini laser) and that I would like her to call me back.
The manager never called me back. Instead, she had the Nurse who burned me call me back. When customers have a problem with an employee, we want to discuss the incident with the manager, not the very person who caused the problem. Its awkward and inappropriate.
The manager never bothered to called me herself, which is wholly unprofessional and unacceptable. There are plenty of great places to have laser done, ones that are cheaper and more professionally managed...I'd recommend one of them instead.
Pros: nope
Cons: pretty much everything- overpriced, incompetent
