Review content:
I booked my appointment on a weekday and got there 20 minutes early. Should've been an easy visit, right? My appointment time comes along and to my bewilderment and confusion, a lady who was 15 minutes late for her appointment got her treatment first. It's great that they were so thoughtful of her time. Too bad it came at my expense. When I confronted the staff about it, I got zero apology, but lots of excuses.
Pros: Good parking.
Cons: Rude. Unprofessional.
