I called them to replace a spring. They said $149 for 1 & $210 for 2. I said ok then they came back & said I needed a new bearing kit, all together $499. I never agreed or signed anything but the service call but it still didn't stop them from trying to get another $89 for a release & rewind?? which I never authorized. Luckily I got by with only paying the $65 service call but I'm sure there are plenty of little old ladies that won't be so lucky. Buyer Beware they also use those nextel devices to eavsedrop during the communication process. I only gave them 1 star because zero wasn't an option. Shame on these people for trying to take money from hard working , honest folks.
