In November 2006 I went to ViVA with a bit of trepidation. I wanted the hair on my back and chest removed before summer, but did not know what to expect. I had never had laser hair removal before. But I looked like a guerilla and felt I had to get rid of the hair. The customer service was amazing and everyone treated me like a friend accompanied by a great deal of professionalism. The facility employs registered nurses and master estheticians. They really know their stuff medically and technically. I have had four treatments so far and the hair is rapidly disappearing. All the laser hair machines are almost new and cool the skiin as they are treating the individual. I have been treated by three separate nurses and each one is as charming as the last one. The prices are very fair and especially considering the quality of the service. I actually now look forward to my visits with ViVA. Because I am pushing my mid 40s I also started to use their skin rejuvenation services to have all the brown spots on my face removed. Next I plan to go after the wrinkles and lines with Botox and Juvederm. If you need these kinds of cosmaceutical services than I recommend ViVA without hesitation. I give them a 12 on a 1 to 10 scale.
