I've been purchasing monthly parking from Parking Company of America for the past 5 years and I have never had a problem. Their customer service has been awesome with me and they've always helped me out with any questions I may have. They have locations all over San Diego and I use them a lot, especially in downtown and PB area.
Pros: Convenient locations, low parking rates.
Cons: Parking stall size
