Do they compare the meter with their record. In case of emergency clients can not reach the company. I was given a ticket while car was paid for 10 hours rate $ 14.00 I would call police department and consumer dept of San Diego for this stupid act and fraud of collecting the money. and giving a false ticket. I understand if someone not had a ticket taken throu the meter than you should collect the money. I will peruse this case to department of consumer and city counselor on this issue as police station. by calling and filing a form. I hope city should take this notice ASAP.
