Review content:
When happening upon this automotive shop I was at first leery because of the quant atmosphere, but after speaking to one of the mechanics (Robert) my nerves settled a bit more. I told Robert the problem and that we had to have my husband?s truck towed to his shop because it would not start. He looked at it in a timely manner and relayed the cost of the repairs and what was truly wrong with the vehicle. He didn?t try to ?sell? me anything, rather gave me an option of purchasing the $7 part (yes, that is right, only seven bucks) or just the cost of running the diagnostic. He was very personable and offered to deliver the truck to my husband who works in Dallas (11 miles away from the shop). When I asked for him to do a radiator flush, he was honest about his pricing of the flush and even though it was a little higher than other shops (from what he told me) I feel more comfortable leaving my vehicle with a mechanic that is honest and treats me like a human rather than ?just another customer?. If you want CUSTOMER SERVICE then Allen Complete Auto Repair & Transmission Shop is the place to take your vehicle. As far as the other negative review on working with Honda?s, some shops can?t handle foreign made vehicles. I would say Allen?s is 100% American in the way they operate and I?m perfectly fine with that!!
