We have been a State Farm Insurance customer for the past 5 years. We recently left Nate Crichton's State Farm Insurance agency due to a lack of professionalism and customer service. To be more specific, we would see this insurance agent out in public and would not acknowledge us or if he did acknowledge us he would be very rude. We do not want to spend money with someone that is going to be very rude to us. Furthermore, my spouse is in the auto industry and referred many, many, customers to this insurance agency. So not only did he receive our business but the business of many customers that we referred and treated us in such a poor manner! Again, we do not wish to spend our money with someone that lacks professionalism. If we had a claim, how would we be treated then? If you wish to use State Farm as your insurance provider use
