Dr. Clasen did a great job, but OMG I had to wait forever to actually get to see the doctor. I recommend bringing snacks and a good book, maybe War and Peace to make the time fly faster for the up to three hour wait I experienced more than once. I think whoever books the appointments needs to re-evaluate the process of overscheduling. ALso, I am on the phone as I type and it is hard to get a person to actually answer the freaking phone.
