Look at all other reviews as well as Better Business Bureau. He has an F.!!! The guy only accepts cash and gives me a discount by ""not charging tax"" I Had a remote starter installed a few weeks ago. I get my car back with the alarm disabled and several of the electronic components not working. Talked with Ray the owner/crook. He told me that this is the way these systems operate and sometimes the factory features of the car ""go away"". What a load of BS. I contacted the manufacturer of the product, who told me that I should not be experiencing any of these problems. I again talked with Ray, who then tried to sell me a more expensive system with an alarm. After additional research on the internet, I took my vehicle to an ABC Auto in Elk Grove, authorized installer, who repaired all the shoddy work in about 2 hours. Cost me an additional $100.00. BOTTOM LINE ...STAY AWAY. You will regret any dealings with this place. Next step is a complaint with the BBB.
