Review content:
I had a two-level spine fusion 10 years ago that I had never fully recovered from. I started taking Pilates classes and opted for a mix of classes and private instruction from Carol LeMaitre and her best rehab trainers. It's been a year and my posture has been corrected, I'm stronger than I've been since before my surgeries, and I walk and exercise without pain, including cardio and additional weight training. I could not recommend this place more highly.
Pros: dedicated trainers, super instruction, fun, zero attitude
