I am giving this a 1 star not because of the flowers but for what I am about to write. My birthday was last week. My husband used FTD to order flowers for me. FTD contacted Levittown Flower Boutique who in turn farmed it out to a local florist (Diddens) closer to my office. The morning of my birthday, Pat from Levittown called my cell phone asking me my location and apologized for having to call me directly. (why they didn't just call my husband is beyond me). The flowers arrived at 2:30 and I wasn't impressed as it was just a general bouquet - not something I would order. When I took them home and saw my husbands face he couldn't believe it. He had spent $75 for what he thought was going to be what he saw on FTD - a vase full of daisies (my favorite flower) with a few roses. they were spider mums that I received. He called FTD to complain who told him they would re-deliver the correct bouquet today. Well - the bouquet arrived today and they were beautiful (remember from Diddens) however, the delivery driver waited until I came to the front desk to pick up my flowers as he told me that LEVITTOWN FLOWER BOUTIQUE wanted their vase from the original flowers back!!!! Are you kidding me??? Did they actually think I would have that with me???? Not to mention its the standard glass vase that EVERY florist uses. I called and spoke to Pat and told her that I was shocked and appalled that she would even request that. Caught her off guard. She tried to say my husband told FTD he would do that but I know that not to be true. So this was not about quality of flowers - it was about incorrect information by Levittown given to the farmed out florist and the nerve to ask for a vase back!!!
