Sawa Sushi is an unpretentious restaurant that serves the best Japanese cusine ever!....even better than cuisin in Japan! The chef is also the owner, and he personally takes care of your palate by deciding the type of dishes your tastebuds desire; it's amazing how he can figure out your preference simply by carrying on an easy conversation with you. You don't need to read menu and try to make any decision (as each dish is so special which doesn't exist on standard menu.) You can trust the chef to totally take care of your dining experience! Every bite is a deligtful and palate-tantalizing experience. This is a authentic top-quality Japanese restaurant as the chief only uses best organic ingredients. Most of the customers are Japanese executives who know how to appreciate and enjoy fine cuisines. The value is not much different from any fine-dinning restaurant and does justify the quality.
