Celebrating our 1st Anniversary, and seeing this 'local' spot, 3 blocks from home at #4 on Trip Advisor, we booked a table for the dinner seating at 645pm. We brought along a really special Tignanello, Super Tuscan, better than anything on their carte des vins. Sent 1/3 bottle with compliments to the chef..received NO acknowledgement or word of any kind on our occasion. Food? over salted and stale dungeness crab starter, poor version of risotto...salty& crunchy...service? had to ask for water for the table...non communicative waiter...maitre d'hotel/ after seating us.. became invisible...bill presented BEFORE we had finished dining... a MILL? this is a pretty dining room with a terrific location.... Value? usd125 without wine...they zapped us 25 bucks for 'beverages'...and we 'shared' with them!!! great reviews on TA got us in the door.....what's the title of that great old WHO song? 'won't get fooled again' though
