Review content:
We ordered 7 pizzas to be delivered for the 11th birthday party for my daughter, and placed the order 2 hours before delivery was needed (I called at 5:15 in the evening). We discussed that it was for her party at our home. When no pizzas arrived, I called, and after being on hold for 10 minutes, was informed that they were ""sorry, but it is very busy tonight and we ran out of your ingredients"" (we had only ordered routine kinds of pizzas). They said there was nothing they could do. And they offered no alternatives or compensation. So I had a houseful of 20 hungry 11 year olds. If they could not/would not fill the order, they should not have accepted the order, and should have called, and let us know when they decided not to fill it so we could make alternate arrangements. I will never trust the Fairport Pizza Hut branch or this chain ever again for delivery or even take-out.
Pros: Not feeling very positive about them right now.
Cons: Never filled a delivery order, and never called
