I was always Ok happy with their service. Not perfect, but OK. Today they STOLE my Stanford parking A sticker. This is a stick on adhesive to the inside windshield. I looked at it when I pulled in, and thought ""it's been OK before"". An hour later when I was driving I realized it was gone. I called and they said to call in the morning for lost and found. Right. An expensive lesson learned. After 8 years I will never go back. There is another car wash in Mountain View to go to with no lines.
