Review content:
I went to this restaurant thinking it would be a great place to take the girlfriend for a Valentine's day dinner and I left disappointed. We decided to go there because the reviews were very encouraging and we wanted to spend more money than we usually do when we go out. We read the menu online and had our dinners already selected before we left but it turned out the restaurant was not offering pasta on that particular Valentine's day night. That was a huge disappointment because we really wanted authentic italian food and thought we would not have a problem getting it there. I settled with the filet mignon which was butterflied without my consent, and any fan of steak, especially filet mignon, knows that butterflying a filet ruins it. She settled with the new york strip and was not impressed because it was overloaded with garlic on top of it which took away from the flavor of the meat. After it was all said and done, two entrees and two glasses of wine a piece set me back $96 and I can only wish I had that money back now and chose some place different. Pros: Nice atmosphere, good service, nice area Cons: Overpriced, didnt have what I wanted, average food
