Thought they showed interest in fixing my leak. Contracted to replace entire front shingles on my house. After I paid $200 as a downpayment on a $1400.00 job...it was 4 weeks before they came out to start the repair. I had to make 15 phone calls to find out when the work would be done. In the meantime my roof is leaking. Finally they show up at 1pm after I'm told 9am would be the start time. They have no customer service. Rude people . When calling they will not divulge the owners phone number and claim not to have it. Don't sign a contract because you will NEVER be able to speak to someone in authority. They opened my roof, laid tar paper down and left. Then they actually called me to say that I'd have to wait another 3 or 4 days before someone can come out and finish the job. In the meantime I had a 3 foot pile of shingles, old tar paper and crap on my front lawn for 7 days. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY.
