I called this place to inquire about availability for boarding our dog over the holidays while we were to go out of town. My call was received very rudely by the ""gentleman"" who answered. I asked if there was availability for the 22nd through the 28th and was told, ""Yes."" The man proceeded to tell me in a very short tone that the daily rate was $16, he told me the hours of operation, proof of vaccines necessary, etc....everything that you would need to know prior to boarding your dog. I then confirmed his location and asked if I could stop by to check it out. He very quickly told me that I ""should find another place."" Upon his comment, I replied, ""What?? You just said you had availability."" He then told me, ""Yes, but we're very busy. Thanks for calling."" and then hung up on me. Must not be that he wants anyone checking out his facilities....until it's too late when you're dropping your dog off.
