Review content:
Called to order a laptop computer from Fresno,Ca. After taking 30mins on long distance sales associate screwed up the transaction twice causing CHASE VISA to lock my account. Associate said he had been working there for 7 months but couldn't complete a simple store CC purchase. He tried to use the 3 number security code on the back of the card for month and date. Called back and talked to supposedly store manager who did not apologize but defended the employee and said he could have made the same mistake. They not only lost a $530 laptop sale but they have lost all my business. In a economic recession when businesses are losing revenue you would think companies would bend over backwards to help customers and their sales profits
Cons: Employee's who don't know anything
