Review content:
I hired them to design a forum & web site; I stated I need tech support and from them to set up the site for me since I had no clue how. A contract was signed and I showed them another forum style & web site I wanted mine to look like...I received the wrong forum and a site that was empty of info...Click on a button and a blank page pulled up; since I sent them home with pictures and web sources all she had to do is copy and past onto the site, the site was a template not designed from scratch, so they spent no time at all on the site. Three month later after no response to emails of why nothing worked; I hired another designer. They would not give me the disk unless I paid in full; they both said the site was done. If so, why did they not ask for their money ..I gave them a cash amount or I would take them to court. They took the check that said (PAID IN FULL) and gave me the disk. I sent the disk to the web designer. Last night at 12:58 AM they turned off my site from the web host, I paid for web host. If they did not want there name on the web host info I would have gladly change it to mine. I paid for the set up & the web host fee; they had no business shutting it down. My site is off line and my web designer is re hosting it with another company.. The site was not done, it was not done on time,it was not done the way we discussed, they cost me money and they disconnected the site from web host without contacting me first..If you us this Unprofessional husband & wife team you do so at your own risk.. The good review at the top was written by them. What they did to me is beyond unprofessional it was just plain mean!!!
