Dr. Charkawi is fine I suppose, good luck meeting him though. The problem would be in the staff and general operation of the office. It has a very ""churn 'em in and out"" type atmosphere. You'll sit in a waiting room, in some instances up to 3 hours and then meet Dr. Zack for a good 45 seconds to a minute and then off you go. I realize this a critcism of many doctors but it's taken to an extreme. God forbid if you need anything between now and your next visit. If you ever call, even when they're open, you'll be met with a voice message service and they will not call you back- I promise you. No, this is not me being angry from a single incident. This is someone who's seen Dr. Charkawi for several years and has called/left messages maybe 4 times, it's just the way they do things, it's policy- your call will not be returned. God forbid you need a refill in your prescription.
