This undoubtedly was the worst dining experience in the past 10 years. When we arrived, we chose to take the buffet. The bufet contained three pieces of cold pizza and some cold bread. We tried the salad and it was almost gone. We then tried the soup and only one kettle contained soup.....only a half bowl of soup at that. We were told several times that the buffet was going to be re-stocKed in ""just a few minutes"" It never was, at least while we were there. We finally completed our meal of wilted salad and cold bread, they never apologized at all for the sparse selection of food but they were more than willing to take my money for four buffet dinners. I later tried to complain through both the restaurant management and through Goivannis headquaters. When I called the restaurant (twice), I was told that the manager was busy. I left call back numbers both times but never received a call. I complained online through Giovannis but never received a reply from them. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTARURANT OR THIS FOOD CHAIN, BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
