I have been to rathbun's twice in the last few weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. On each occasion, the host phoned my cell phone a few hours ahead of time to confirm my reservations and we were seated within 10 mins or so of our arrival. The pork chop was outstanding and my dining companions, knowledgable diners from NYC and Chicago, were very complimentary. I agree, it isn't just noisy, it is LOUD, which distracted from the meal. If you want romantic ambiance, this is not the place for you. I consider the prices to be reasonable for the service and food received.
